4th June – East Wing Winter Wine #1
We are launching our new winter wine menu this week and are looking forward to sharing some of our new favourites with you. We’ll start with the Collet Art Deco Champagne, then move on to a cracking little rose-tinted Pinot Grigio, an organic Picpoul Blanc from the Central Ranges of NSW, a Tassie Pinot Noir and our new super hero Blaye Cotes de Bordeaux Rouge.
11th June – East Wing Winter Wine #2
Showcasing some stand-outs from our new winter wine menu; we will start with a snappy little french Rose, followed by a compare-and-contrast, head-to-head Sauvignon Blanc stand-off between Chile and New Zealand. We’ll also be opening a gorgeous Carmenere and an Australian-grown Bordeaux blend that we absolutely love.
