We are launching our new winter wine menu this week and are looking forward to sharing some of our new favourites with you. We’ll start with the Collet Art Deco Champagne, then move on to a cracking little rose-tinted Pinot Grigio, an organic Picpoul Blanc from the Central Ranges of NSW, a Tassie Pinot Noir and our new super hero Blaye Cotes de Bordeaux Rouge.
